You can add people and connections, edit details, arrange the canvas, save projects in this browser, and export PNG, SVG, PDF or JSON without credits. A new account receives 20 permanent welcome credits once, enough for two AI requests. There is no daily refill.
Each AI request costs 10 credits, whether you create a diagram or ask AI to update one. A request that fails or returns an invalid diagram releases its held credits. A completed draft still uses credits if you discard it or stop waiting; you can recover it from your private AI history.
Welcome credits and purchased credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits arrive monthly and each batch is valid for 30 days. Annual plans also issue monthly batches, rather than the full annual amount at once. Spending uses the earliest expiring subscription credits before permanent credits.
History retains your private AI request and validated draft for 30 days on Free or Lite, 90 on Pro or 365 on Ultra. The period is fixed for each request. Browser projects and downloaded files are separate from this history; export JSON to keep an editable backup. A credit pack does not extend the history period.
Subscriptions provide monthly AI credits and plan-based concurrent request limits. Packs add permanent credits without changing your subscription. While a pack has credits remaining, it supports 1 concurrent request for Trial, 3 for Growth or 6 for Scale. Concurrent limits use the highest applicable entitlement and do not add together.
Monthly plans use the displayed monthly price each billing period. Annual plans show a monthly equivalent and the full yearly charge. Buying another subscription creates a separate subscription with its own billing cycle and credit grants. Existing subscriptions are not automatically replaced.
